Fried Cabbage

1 medium cabbage

¾ cup of butter

Celery salt

 

In a cast iron skillet, on medium heat, melt butter, add shredded cabbage, and sprinkle with celery salt to taste. Cover until cabbage wilts, remove lid, and let cabbage brown slightly over medium high heat. 1-1/2 cups is 1 serving, 1 serving is 5 carbs.
