Taco Bake
1 – 12oz. pks of Palmini® Lasagna Noodles2.25
¼ cup of Green Giant® White Shoepeg Corn
1 – 2.25 oz can black sliced olives
½ cup Pace® Avocado Salsa
2 cups On The Border® Salsa
4 tsps. Cholula® Chipotle Taco Seasoning
2 lbs. of hamburger
½ cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional:
Shredded lettuce
Sour Cream
In a medium sauce pan brown hamburger with onions, when no longer pink add taco seasoning. Rinse Palmini noodles well and let drain, boil noodles 10-15 minutes, let cool and drain noodles. In a 9 x 9 baking dish add 1 layer of Palmini noodles, cover with 1 layer of taco meat, add ½ cup avocado salsa, add ¾ cup of salsa, corn, ¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and black olives, repeat next layer without avocado salsa or corn. Bake at 350’ for 30 minutes. Makes 9 servings, 1 serving is 12.5 carbs.
