1-4oz. pkg. Genoa Salami, uncured (1 oz. 1 carb)

1-sleeve of Toasteds® ritz crackers (2 carbs per cracker)

4 oz. of cheddar black cheese, sliced (0 carbs)

1-Beef & Garlic Summer Sausage (0 carbs)

17-Toasteds® Flat Breads, Italian Herb crackers, (8 crackers = 11 carbs)

10 slices of Hormel® pepperoni (0 carbs)

3-4 slices of Provolone, cut into 10 small round shapes (0 carbs)

4 tbsps. Palmetto Cheese Whipped® Jalapeno (2 tbsps. = 1 Carb)

Sliced black olives to garnish

 

 

Arrange meat, cheese, cracker, and olives on 12-inch round tray. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
